Application:

Suspension insulator can be used on power transmission and distribution overhead lines. Especially on the extreme high voltage transmission lines,it can not be replaced by other insulators.

1. The insulation parts are made of midden-high aluminum porcelain C120 . the porcelain surface covered a layer of hard glaze , color brown , we can also produce such product with color white , grey or as per customer's specifications.
2. the material of locking device are stainless steel , its function is to guarantee insulator connection with related hardware very firmly .
3. Cementing material are Portland cement to assemble porcelain body and related cap . even after years of servicing , the cement still keep good performance.
